Robbie Dodd joined the Holland Partner Group in 2009 and is responsible for the overall operational, financial and strategic leadership of the firm, where he oversees over 18,500 apartment homes with assets exceeding $1.7 billion. In addition to his broad experience in business development, strategic planning, fundraising and investor relations, Robbie provides a strong background in employee development and customer service. He is an innovative leader and mentor dedicated to empowering leadership and accountability.
Robbie joins the Holland Partner Group with over sixteen years of experience in public accounting and executive leadership positions at privately-held firms. Robbie began his career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Austin, Texas.
Robbie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas. Robbie is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington.

Lydia Thompson serves as Partner and Vice-President for Holland Residential operations in Oregon, California and Reno, Nevada. The Oregon region was established in 2003 with 480 units, and has grown to encompass 12 properties totaling 3,218 units. Lydia has 12 years experience in the management of multifamily real estate. She has successfully led numerous properties through stabilized, lease-up, rehab and acquisition in multiple states in eight different markets. She is particularly skilled in financial performance and projections, property positioning and repositioning, budgeting and forecasting and implementation of resident retention standards. During her tenure with Holland Residential, Lydia has supervised stabilized A & B class garden and townhouse properties, due diligence and takeover of acquisitions and rehab properties. She actively participates in the Holland training program and teaches courses including marketing, budgeting/financial analysis and customer service etiquette. Prior to joining Holland Residential in 2003, Lydia was a District Manager for TCRS where she was responsible for 2100 units in Oregon. Lydia received a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine/Biology from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Michael Voorhees serves as Partner and Regional Vice President for our Puget Sound region. Under his tenure, the Puget Sound Region has grown from 233 units in 2003 to 25 properties with over 5,500 units currently under management today. During that time frame Mr. Voorhees supervised the renovation of 2,700 units and a total infusion of +$18 million in capital improvements. Prior to joining Holland Residential, Mike served as an investment manager for Pinnacle overseeing 14 properties with a capitalization value of +- $225 million. During his career Mike has become known for his leadership and commitment to growing and supporting his on-site associates. This has made him a sought after supervisor and recipient of many operating achievement awards. Prior to Pinnacle, Mike served a District Manager for Trammell Crow for Oregon and Washington.
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Washington State University.

Tracey Dodson serves as Partner and Vice President for Holland Residential and is responsible for the operations of a diverse portfolio of apartment communities including renovation, lease up, and 3rd party managed assets in Colorado and Arizona. Tracey is a visionary leader and manager with more than 15 years of multifamily experience. She has been involved in the operations, lease up, repositioning, acquisition and disposition of over 18,000 apartment homes in eleven states. Prior to joining Holland Residential, she served as National Director of Operations for AIMCO’s student housing division and was a Regional Vice President at Fairfield Properties.
As a trusted leader in the residential management community, Tracey served on the Board of Directors for the Denver-Metro Apartment Association for four years and has mentored many up- and-coming leaders. Tracey’s disciplined approach to quality customer service, pro-active decision making and fostering an environment built on teamwork and integrity has enabled her to continually exceed financial performance expectations.
Tracey also holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in Marketing.
Joan Bougetz serves as Regional Vice President for our Northern California and Nevada regions. Joan comes to Holland after 10 years with Simpson Property Group where as Regional Vice President she over saw 3,800 units in Seattle and 38,000 square feet in commercial space. She also acted as asset manager for a San Diego and Hawaii Joint Venture projects. During her time with Simpson she was involved with lease up of 7 communities and a major renovation project on a high-rise in downtown Seattle. Her strengths in operations and the ability to build a cohesive and professional environment within the organization have enabled her to achieve strong financial performance.
Prior to Simpson Joan served as Regional Property Manager for AIMCO, Insignia where she oversaw 18 assets in 5 different states.
Joan also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Iowa State University and is a Certified Property Manager.
