We offer long and short-term leases in two to twelve-month increments.
Pets are allowed with prior written consent, though the following breeds and animals are prohibited: Pit Bulls, Boxers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, Great Danes, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws).
1111 Wilshire provides two paid parking options. Unassigned single space parking and assigned tandem (2-vehicle) parking is available for a monthly fee. Our building provides five guest parking spaces that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
1111 Wilshire is a smoke free community and no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. Residents and/or their guests must leave the property to smoke.
Tenants may move in any time between their make ready date and up to two weeks after (the 14 day hold period).
There are limitations to decoration as it affects the outward appearance of the 1111 Wilshire community.
Replacing residents or subletting leased premises without prior written approval is strictly prohibited. Residents shall not offer any leased premises for short-term rental.
Yes. Our fitness center features a TRX machine, leg press, free weights, medicine balls, standing crunch machine, weighted matrix system, treadmills, and ellipticals.
Yes, and yes. Our LA apartment complex includes a 648 square foot swimming pool that is 24 feet across by 27 feet wide.
Yes, in addition to a recreation room with a pool table, coffee station, and television residents can always be found enjoying our building’s rooftop lounge. With 2 BBQ’s, a fire place, spa, TV, and ample seating, you’ll find a reason to fire up the grill as much as possible.
Yes. 1111 Wilshire is protected by a fire alarm and fire sprinkler system.
All units are equipped with central air conditioning.
All units are equipped with central heating.
Utilities are not included. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, trash, gas, and electric utilities.
Yes, a resident can paint the walls in their apartment with written consent from the property manager.
1111 Wilshire provides free onsite bicycle storage for apartment complex residents.
Yes. We currently offer additional paid cage and closet storage areas for residents.
Parcel Pending is available for a small setup fee. Otherwise packages are delivered to the leasing office and may be picked up by tenants during office hours.
Every unit features a gas stovetop.
All units come with microwaves.
Local internet providers known to provide service to 1111 Wilshire include Bel Air Internet and Time Warner Cable.
