Second floor reserved parking is available for $100 per month and Tandem second floor reserved parking is available for $150 per month. Renters are responsible for setting electricity through Portland General Electric at (503) 464-7777. If renters wish to purchase a cable or internet package, all apartment homes are cable ready. Plans are available through Comcast or Direct TV.
