Rowlock is located right off the Orenco MAX Station, offering you easy access into Portland via the Blue Line. The #48 Trimet Bus also stops on the corner of NE Cornell & Orenco Station Parkway - only a 5 minute walk north.

  • Where is the closest grocery store?

There are several grocery shopping options near Orenco Station. Both New Seasons Market and WinCo Foods are just blocks away.

  • Is parking available?

Rowlock features a private parking garage with both first come first serve and reserved spaces. FCFS parking on the first floor is available for $65 per month. Second floor reserved parking is available for $100 per month and Tandem second floor reserved parking is available for $150 per month. Please inquire with the leasing office for updated availabilities.

  • Who is responsible for setting up utilities?

Renters are responsible for setting electricity through Portland General Electric at (503) 464-7777. If renters wish to purchase a cable or internet package, all apartment homes are cable ready. Plans are available through Comcast  or Direct TV.

  • Where is the closest major medical facility or hospital?

The Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center is less than 3 miles away, across from The Streets of Tanasbourne.

  • What is the local school district?

Rowlock falls into the Hillsboro School District. The closest schools are Quatama Elementary School, JW Poynter Middle School, and Liberty High School.

  • How much is the application fee?

There is a $50 fee for applicants 18 years or older or a $75 fee for corporate applications.
