Project Description:
616 Battery is a forty-five (45) story, 494’ 9” tall, Type 1A mixed-used apartment building. The Project currently includes seven (7) levels of below-grade parking with four (4) levels above grade, 260 total parking spaces, 442 residential apartment units, 579,786 GSF constructed on a site of approximately 15,451 SF, and three (3) city-dedicated streets will be included in the development on the West, East and South sides of the property bordering the building per street improvement requirements. Level 1 at street level will contain 2,571 square feet of retail space, lobby/leasing/fitness/back-of-house, and programming. The roof will be utilized for mechanical equipment and Elevator Machine Rooms. The Project shall be constructed per the 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and 2018 Washington State Energy Codes.

Construction Hours:
- 6:00 am to 6:00 pm non-holiday weekdays
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm non-holiday weekdays for shoring drilling
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm weekend/legal holidays
- No work on Sundays.
- It is Holland Construction’s corporate policy to not work on Saturday or Sunday. There will be limited times as required by the City where work will need to occur on a Saturday to accommodate construction traffic such as oversized loads. If Saturday work is required, it will occur between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
- Typically, work will not take place on Sundays or any of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
- If it is required that work be performed at night, outside of standard working hours, on a Sunday or Holiday, then it will be coordinated in advance with City approval and community notification.
