Fremont Assemblage Project, Seattle

Project Overview: 

The Fremont Assemblage Project is a seven-story mixed-use residential apartment building with one story of below-grade parking located at 452 & 462 N 36th Street in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. It includes 178 residential homes and 5,643 square feet of commercial retail space at grade. The project has started as of June 2026 and is expected to be completed as soon as March 2028.
