Project Overview:
Ballard Blossom is an eight-story mixed-use residential apartment building with one story of below-grade parking located at 1740 NW Market Street in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. It includes 239 residential homes and 7,920 square feet of commercial retail space at grade. The project is on track to start as early as March 2026 and is expected to be completed by April 2028.
