Project Description
Filament consists of two eight-story mixed-use multifamily buildings. It includes 293 apartment units and 7,664 square feet of retail at grade. Both buildings have multi-story below-grade parking, which will accommodate 342 parking stalls. The project site is located at 10538 & 10588 NE 2nd St in downtown Bellevue. The project start date is targeting September 2026, and completion is estimated for December 2028.
