Project Overview:

16800 Magnolia is a seven-story mixed-use residential apartment building with 339 residential homes and 2,650 square feet of commercial retail space at grade. The project is on track to begin construction as early as October 2026 and is anticipated to be completed in early 2029. Pre-construction activities, including staging, demolition, grading, and utility work, are anticipated to be completed by the first quarter of 2027. Foundation work and vertical construction will commence thereafter and are anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2029.
